
Clark was born and raised in the Upstate, South Carolina. He has an Economics B.A. degree from Clemson University. He has experience across multiple asset classes including land/industrial brokerage, site selection & acquisition in renewable energy development, & residential. Previous to Fieldmont, he served as VP of Land Acquisition with Scout Land Consultants working with small development teams and large multi-billion dollar development teams navigating complex deal structures for new development opportunities.
Now leading the Fieldmont team, he is responsible for business development, client relations, and overall ensuring that both residents and owners have an amazing experience with our team. He hopes to bring a unique perspective to a generally outdated industry, utilizing technology to create efficiencies and setting a new expectation around a communication standard.

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in real estate across the Upstate from transactional brokerage to property management in both residential and commercial sectors. At Fieldmont, she oversees all operational components of managing our clients' assets and ensuring that our residents have a positive, yet accountable living situation.
Tracy's superpower is that she is highly conscientious. She tracks details most people gloss over. She cares deeply, thinks carefully, and carries a lot of responsibility on behalf of our clients — and still wants to do right by people. She defaults to systems: compliance, SOPs, & documentation. She keeps us running smoothly and offers an immense knowledge of both the market at large as well as how we limit liability for our clients.

Justin was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He has a Business B.S. degree from Clemson University. His professional background includes construction supply chain and project management. He has a deep network behind most of newly development residential projects across the Upstate, SC.
At Fieldmont, he oversees all operational aspects of the business that are resident facing. He is the first line of defense when it comes to maintenance requests, managing and growing our contractor and vendor network, and overseeing all work orders & capital improvement projects within our portfolio. His project management experience is a huge advantage to providing our clients with assurance that their investments are being managed properly, with diligence.

Sarah was born and raised in South Carolina and brings a background in public education to her role at Fieldmont. After several years as a public school teacher, she now works part-time with Fieldmont while homeschooling her three daughters.
At Fieldmont, she helps manage the behind-the-scenes details that keep things running smoothly—supporting residents, owners, and the team wherever needed. She especially enjoys building relationships and making sure clients feel supported and heard.
Her passion for people and attention to detail make her a valuable resource in ensuring timely communication, organized operations, and a positive experience for all who interact with Fieldmont.
